During signup, you'll be prompted to select your use case — choose Real Estate or Lead Generation depending on your WordPress site's primary function. This ensures the platform pre-configures contact fields relevant to your industry (property inquiries, open house registrations, buyer/seller leads, etc.). Account creation takes less than 2 minutes.

In AlpacaRelay, navigate to Settings > Integrations > WordPress. Click Connect WordPress. You'll be presented with a unique API key and webhook URL. Copy both values. Return to AlpacaRelay's dashboard and click Create Campaign. Select WordPress as your data source. Choose your contact segment (e.g., all contacts, property inquiries from the past 30 days, open house attendees, inactive leads). Describe your campaign goal in plain language: 'Welcome new real estate leads with a property showcase,' or 'Re-engage leads who visited our site 60 days ago.' AlpacaRelay's AI generates subject line, body copy, and CTA optimized for your audience. Before sending, every draft email is automatically scored against the 8-Dimension Email Quality Framework—a proprietary system evaluating Deliverability, Mobile Render, CTA Clarity, Personalization Depth, Visual Hierarchy, Copy Effectiveness, Brand Consistency, and Structural Compliance. Your campaign displays its Email Quality Score (EQS out of 10) and must reach EQS 7+ before you can schedule delivery. This ensures only high-performing emails leave your account.

Review your AI-generated email and its EQS breakdown. If scoring below 7, the dashboard suggests specific improvements (e.g., 'Personalization Depth: Add property address or price range mention' or 'CTA Clarity: Make call-to-action button text more action-oriented'). Make edits via the visual editor — edits are re-scored in real-time. Once you approve an EQS 7+ email, you can set send time (immediate, scheduled batch, or triggered on next contact import). Emails are delivered via AlpacaRelay's authenticated SMTP infrastructure, passing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks to maximize inbox placement. After send, track opens, clicks, and conversions (property inquiry submissions, inquiry qualification) directly from the campaign dashboard.
