What are credits and what can I use them for?
Credits are the single currency for AI actions (generate, rewrite, optimize) and for exporting emails. They refresh every month on your billing date.
Do credits roll over if I don't use them?
Yes — unused credits roll over, but with limits:
- Monthly plans: credits roll over up to 1× your monthly allowance.
(Example: if your plan gives 250 credits/month, you can store up to 250 extra credits.) - Yearly plans: credits roll over up to 12× your monthly allowance.
(Example: with 250 credits/month, you can store up to 3,000 extra credits.)
Rollover credits are used first and stay available as long as you stay on an active paid plan.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades happen instantly. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do all plans include unlimited teammates?
Yes. Editors are unlimited on every plan — invite as many as you want.
Can I buy extra credits if I run out?
Yes. You can:
- Buy credit top-ups anytime
- Enable auto-reload so your credits refill automatically when they get low
Top-ups work on all paid plans. Rollover credits remain active as long as your subscription stays active.
