Visit alpacarelay.com and sign up for a free account. No credit card is required. During onboarding, you'll be prompted to name your workspace and select your primary industry (select Entertainment or a related category). This step takes less than two minutes. Once your account is created, you'll land in the dashboard where you can access Settings and begin the Shopify integration process.

Navigate to Integrations and Authorize Shopify

From your AlpacaRelay dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Integrations. Find Shopify in the integration marketplace and click Connect. You'll be redirected to your Shopify admin login. Enter your Shopify store credentials and authorize AlpacaRelay to access the following data: product catalog, customer profiles, order history, cart abandonment events, and inventory status. Map Your Shopify Data to AlpacaRelay Fields

After authorization, AlpacaRelay automatically ingests your Shopify data. Confirm the mapping is correct by reviewing 2-3 sample records. If you use custom Shopify fields or metafields, you can manually map them to AlpacaRelay segments in this step. Create Your First Quality-Scored Email Campaign

Click Create Campaign in the main dashboard and select Shopify as your data source. Choose a campaign type: Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Browse Abandonment, Product Recommendation, or Back-in-Stock. If your score is below 7, the system highlights which dimensions to improve. Once you're satisfied with the score and content, click Send. Your email is delivered with full quality assurance.
