Map Contact Fields & Configure Data Sync

After authorization, AlpacaRelay displays a field mapping screen. You'll see HubSpot contact properties on the left (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, Deal Stage, Last Activity Date, etc.) and AlpacaRelay contact fields on the right. Most fields auto-map — for example, HubSpot's 'hs_lead_status' auto-maps to AlpacaRelay's 'Lead Status' field. Review custom properties specific to your restaurant business (e.g., 'Preferred Cuisine Type,' 'Reservation Frequency,' 'Last Visit Date'). Ensure these are included in the sync.
