How to Connect AlpacaRelay to Salesforce
Create Your AlpacaRelay Account
Start by signing up for a free AlpacaRelay account at alpacarelay.com. No credit card required. During onboarding, you will be asked to name your workspace and confirm your primary email address. This account serves as your central hub for all email quality scoring and automation. Once verified, you will land in the dashboard where integrations are accessible from the top navigation menu under Settings > Integrations. This one-time setup takes approximately two minutes and establishes your foundation for connecting to Salesforce.
Navigate to Salesforce Integration and Authorize OAuth
From the AlpacaRelay dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations and select Salesforce from the available platforms. Click the Connect button to initiate OAuth authorization. You will be redirected to Salesforce's login page. Sign in with your Salesforce admin credentials. Salesforce will request permission for AlpacaRelay to access specific data scopes: read contact and lead records, read custom objects, and read account information.
