How to Connect AlpacaRelay to Stripe
Create Your Free AlpacaRelay Account
Visit AlpacaRelay.com and sign up for a free account. No credit card required. You'll receive instant access to the dashboard and integrations library. This takes less than 2 minutes. Once confirmed, you'll land on your Settings page, which is where all integrations are managed.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Stripe
From your AlpacaRelay dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar. Select Integrations, then find Stripe in the available platforms list. Click Connect. AlpacaRelay will prompt you to authorize the connection using Stripe's OAuth flow. You will be redirected to Stripe's login page.

Log in to your Stripe account when prompted. Stripe will show you a permissions screen listing what AlpacaRelay can access: customer records, charge data, subscription events, and refund information. Review the permissions and click Authorize. You'll be redirected back to AlpacaRelay within seconds. The connection is now live.
Map Your Stripe Data and Create Your First Campaign
AlpacaRelay automatically imports your Stripe contacts (customers and email addresses), transaction history, and product data. You'll see a preview of synced fields: customer name, email, total spent, last purchase date, subscription status, and product IDs. Create your first email by selecting a template (recovery email, receipt, or win-back). Drag Stripe fields into the email — for example, insert the customer's first name or last purchased product using dynamic tokens like [customer.first_name] or [order.product_name].
Activate Quality Scoring and Deploy
